Arriola Bible follows the Biblical model of Elder and Deacon leadership. Our Elders, including our pastor, are entrusted with the overall responsibility of leading Arriola Bible Church. They do this spiritually and physically. They are assisted in that task with Deacons who are given the responsibility of taking care of the physical needs of the body.

Elders

“For this reason I left you in Crete, that you might set in order what remains, and appoint elders in every city as I directed you,” – Titus 1:5

“Therefore, I exhort the elders among you, as your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also of the glory that is to be revealed, sheperd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness;” – 1 Peter 5:1,2

Deacons

“But select from among you, brethren, seven men of good reputation, full of the spirit and wisdom, whom we may put in charge of this task.”- Acts 6:3
